Six weeks of full access, and we do the building. We migrate your data, build your screening workflows, configure your assessments, tune the scoring rubrics to your roles, and train your team. You send applicants, we deliver ranked shortlists. Your deposit is 10% of the annual number you calculate above.
What happens if I'm not happy with Hivemind?
You get a no questions asked refund on your deposit. You also keep everything we built during the six weeks: the workflows, the assessments, the scoring rubrics, and the benchmarks we ran at the start. No lock-in and no exit interview.
What happens if I'm happy with Hivemind?
Your deposit credits toward your first year and nothing gets rebuilt. The pipelines, assessments, and integrations we set up during the trial stay exactly where they are, your team keeps working in the system they already know, and we stay on for regular working sessions.
Do you integrate with our existing ATS?
Yes. Hivemind has 275 integrations, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby, and Ceipal on the ATS side, and layers on top of them via API or webhook. We don't replace your ATS.
